Update on Mill Road

Earlier this year, LCANZI joined other climate advocacy groups to challenge the Mill Road project in Court: see our press release and details about the court proceedings here.

The Government has today announced that it will not be going ahead. The project was unlawful and would have made achieving the necessary emissions reductions impossible. A win for the climate and the people that have campaigned against Mill Road.
